It is important to us that you are satisfied with your purchase. Any item can be returned for any reason for a refund or exchange, buyer's choice. The buyer has 30 days to notify us of the return. The 30 days starts from the time your order was delivered. The item must be shipped within 10 days of receiving the return instructions from us. The buyer pays return shipping. If the buyer selects to receive a refund, the refund will be for the purchase price of the item (the price paid for the item before shipping.) The item returned must be the original item that we shipped to you and include all the pieces that were included with it. The item must also be packaged well and have the correct postage paid. Refunds will be credited back to the source the buyer used to pay with.
If a rare event you recveived an incorrect item or a not accurately described item, then you will receive a full refund for the return or exchange for the correct item (buyer's choice.) You will be issued a paid return shipping label and we cover the shipping costs. An obvious example of this would be, you ordered a door panel, and you received a glove box. If you received the item you ordered but it does not fit, your return it is not elgible for this situation. The buyer still must follow the time frame set out above for the return or exchange.
To better understand the return policy here are some scenarios that could arise and how our return policy is applied to the scenario :
Scenario: You are unsatisfied with the item you received.
Policy: You may return the item within the time frame stated above for exchange or refund for the purchase price, buyer pays return shipping.
Scenario: You don't have time to install the part or don't have the money to complete the installation.
Policy: You may return the item within the time frame stated above for exchange or refund for the purchase price, buyer pays return shipping.
Scenario: The item does not fit your vehicle and is the incorrect part.
Policy: You may return the item within the time frame stated above for exchange or refund for the purchase price, buyer pays return shipping. It is the buyer's responsibility to select the part correctly. We offer a buyer's guide section which will help you select the part correctly without much effort. We spend 1000s of hours documenting each part to assist you with selecting the part. If the part does not fit because we have sent you something different than the item you purchased then we cover the shipping costs and you receive a full refund for the return.
Scenario: You have contacted us about a return and ship the item back sometime after the 10 days as stated in the policy.
Policy: If the time frames in the return policy are not followed then we are not obligated to return the item but we understand that there are certain circumstances that could arise and make it difficult to return the item. In these cases we offer a partial refund or store credit.

The buyer has 6 months to notify us about a defective part. All parts including electronics are included in this warranty. If a replacement is available the item will be exchanged. If no replacement is available the item can
be returned for a full refund. The 6 months starts from the delivery date. An item that has been properly installed as intended and does not work or quits working during the 6 months is eligible for a warranty. Any other reason is
not considered a warranty. Other reasons may be eligible for return, see above return policy to determine if the part is eligible for return. The item must be shipped within 10 days of contacting us about the warranty. The buyer must pay return shipping if the item is requested to be returned. The item returned to us must be the original item that we shipped
and include all the pieces that were included with it. The part itself is the only thing
warrantied. Labor costs and any other associated costs that were incurred are not warrantied.
To better understand the warranty policy here are some scenarios that could arrise and how our return policy is applied to the scenario:
Scenario: The part is installed but quits working properly within the warranty period.
Policy: We will either replace the part with another one at no additional cost, or refund the payment in full. You may be asked to return the item and pay return shipping, which is determined case by case.
Scenario: The item is returned to us and upon inspection the part is found to be a different part than what originally sent out by us.
Policy: We spend 1000s of hours testing, inspecting, removing, documenting, and shipping parts. We are quite fimiliar With the parts and upon removing the item from the box we will know that the part is not the part that was sent out. We will contact you regarding the problem and request that you send the correct item to us if you would like to warranty it.
Scenario: You purchased an engine and the power steering pump that was attached to it does not function properly.
Policy: The engine would be under warranty but not the power steering pump, or intake manifold, AC compressor, etc. We tend to offer a number of different parts together as one purchase to make install easier on your end. We will warranty the main component you purchased but we generally will not warranty the other smaller parts that may be attached to the part you purchased.

Cancellation Policy |
We offer the option for you to cancel your order if you decide you do not want the item(s) you ordered or made a mistake on your order. On most orders we do not charge a cancellation fee and will issue you a full refund promptly. However, on large orders or large items we may charge you up to a 15 % cancellation fee. Large items are costly and time intensive to package or crate. We also are charged a refund fee from our payment processors. If you request to cancel a large item order and we have not begun packaging your order then you will receive a full refund. It is best on cancellation situations to contact as soon as possible. Examples of large items but not limtied to are: engines, transmission, doors, hoods, bumpers, seats, dashes, headliners, and so on. Once an item has shipped we can not cancel the order but you may return the item in accordance with our return policy.
